Sleeps 2 ~ Room Size: 13 sq metres

With its low beams and skylight windows, this intimate room is a comfortable superior double with en-suite bath and shower. A room to tuck yourself away and relax after you’ve been pampered in The Bodhi Tree. This room can be hired with Room 3 to form a secure family suite

Sleeps 2+1 ~ Room Size 20sqm

Overlooking our Stables with views to the Somerset countryside, this room with its original beams is a lovely superior king room. There is space in the room to comfortably take either a cot or an extra bed.  This room can also be hired with Room 2 to form a secure family suite.

Sleeps 2 + 2 ~ Room Size: 22 sqm

This spacious deluxe king-sized room features its original beams and is large enough to accommodate two further cots or beds (suitable for children up to 12 years old) to make a family unit. It is also very popular for those wishing to have a romantic and relaxing break.

Sleeps 2 ~ Room Size: 16 sqm

This intimate, superior double room with its four poster bed and spacious en-suite shower room is an ideal hideaway. Part of the floor is mildly uneven due to an original feature of the herringbone brick floor, which adds to the quirkiness of this room. This room is also dedicated to owners of well-behaved pets.

Sleeps 2 + 3 ~ Room Size: 51 sqm (20 sqm + 20 sqm + 11 sqm)

This room allows you to indulge yourself. A spacious, deluxe king room with it’s free standing roll top bath inviting you to luxuriate and relax whilst engrossed in your current novel. Alternatively, you could revel in the opulence of the stylish, en-suite shower wet room. French doors lead into a large private conservatory with views overlooking the rolling Somerset countryside.

Sleeps 2 + 1 ~ Room Size: 16 sqm

The overriding theme of this room is rest and relaxation. This elegant, superior king room is situated on the first floor of the old Edwardian house, with stunning views over to the Longleat Forest and the rolling Somerset countryside.  The wrought iron bed frame and sumptuous mattress will ensure a perfect night’s sleep.

Sleeps 2 ~ Room Size: 12 sqm

A delightful bedroom, still furnished with its original features. It is situated upstairs at the front of the Edwardian house, overlooking paddocks and the beautiful Somerset countryside. Paddock View is a light and airy superior double room with en-suite shower and separate cloakroom.

To start your day, wake to this lovely view of Knoll Hill Farm and the surrounding open countryside.

Our check-in time is normally between 16:00pm and 20:30pm. After this time is by appointment, please.

Check-out time is up to 10:30am.

Should you wish your room to be available slightly earlier than 16:00 or you wish to leave later than 10:30, these arrangements can be made for an additional fee of just £10 each for early check-in and late check-out.
